McKillop Mutual Insurance Company has been committed to providing great service to its policyholders, agents and broker partners since 1876. They are proud of their community relationships and ability to keep the business of insurance simple for everyone. As a smaller mutual insurer, keeping up with technology and providing cost-effective solutions to their staff, agents/brokers, and policyholders was becoming a challenge.
Operating on a legacy system without sufficient support or automation created significant enterprise risk and prevented the introduction of efficiency and modernization to their processes.
