Goderich, Ontario – September 13, 2022 – West Wawanosh Mutual Insurance Company announces that they have completed their underwriting implementation of the Cognition+, enabling Commercial and Farm lines of business to complement their Automobile and Personal Property products already on the Platform. Completed on time and within budget, the implementation marks a key next step in their digital transformation.
Cognition+ provides immediate benefit to the underwriting team by improving workflow and efficiency through Task Management, while a standard suite of APIs can empower their sales channel via Broker Connectivity Solutions. With the development of more sophisticated underwriting methods, it is crucial that the sales channel has direct access to generate quotes and submit new business digitally. This will lead to future opportunities for digital collaboration between all parties and simplify the onboarding of new staff and partners for West Wawanosh.
