- Having claimant and policyholder information automatically uploaded to HCAI upon creation of an AB sub-file within Cognition+
- Requesting bulk document download/extract from HCAI and having each document instantly attached to their respective AB sub-file
- Receiving a notification when an associated document has been saved to a claim file
