Hamilton Township Mutual Insurance Company has been committed to providing great service to its policyholders, agents and broker partners since 1898. With innovation and community being a part of their lifeblood, HTM wanted to offer better access to their products and rates while also providing lead generation to their brokers and agents.

 

The Ask

Provide an innovative, customer centric solution allowing users to ‘shop’ for products and pricing in a secure and easy-to-use digital environment. This solution had to keep consumer’s privacy in mind and to create a pipeline of leads for HTM.

 

The Approach

With HTM’s input, we developed an easy-to-use digital quoting tool leveraging their existing enterprise solution to provide product and pricing for personal lines of insurance. The solution delivers an easy to use method of obtaining personal insurance quotations while preserving consumer anonymity until they decide to purchase, at which point they are put in contact with a sales professional.

 

The Results

Consumers, brokers and agents have fully embraced using our easy-to-use Online Quoting Solution, which allows for 24/7 access to HTM products and pricing. This customer centric approach supports HTM’s community service values and the successful launch of our custom tool led to 12 other Mutuals adopting the cost-effective Online Quoting Solution.
